Opportunities to Rewild
Rewilding the Nervous System: in person workshop | Lafayette, CO
January 10th, 2026 | 2-4pm
For therapists, yoga and movement teachers, social workers, bodyworkers, caregivers—Nervous System Tenders of all kinds.
Our nervous systems weren’t built for the pace and pressure of modern culture. Helpers—those who guide, care for, and hold space for others—often carry the weight of dysregulation, both their own and the people they serve. This experiential workshop invites you to step out of survival mode and reawaken your innate mammal rhythms.
Through embodied teaching, guided somatic practice, and creative exploration, you’ll learn to recognize the three primary nervous system states, how they blend, and how they shape both your life and your work. Instead of “managing” or “fixing,” rewilding means remembering the natural cycles of rest, play, and connection that live inside us all.
You’ll leave with practical tools to protect your own capacity and simple practices you can share with students, clients, or loved ones. More than information, this is an invitation to feel the difference in your own body.
Length: 90 minutes
Open to: All helpers and caregivers, no prior experience required.
Cost: $60
