Somatic Grounding Trio

Somatic Explorations that meet you where you are

$40.00

This bundle includes three guided somatic explorations designed for real nervous systems, real lives, and real limits.

They aren’t meant to be done in order.

They aren’t a series to complete.

They’re three different doorways—so you can meet yourself where you actually are.

Each practice supports a different moment when things start to go sideways.

Listening In

For when something feels off, but you can’t name it.

This practice helps you reconnect with your body before overwhelm takes over.

It’s for moments when:

  • you feel disconnected or uneasy

  • you’ve been pushing through

  • your body is whispering, not screaming

Listening In focuses on sensing, tracking, and gentle orientation—without forcing insight or emotion.

Making Space

For when everything feels like too much.

This practice is about containment, not control.

It’s for moments when:

  • pain, anxiety, or overwhelm are loud

  • thinking feels impossible

  • your system feels collapsed inward

Making Space widens awareness so experience can be held—rather than managed or overridden.

Letting It Be True

For when you’re stuck arguing with reality.

This practice interrupts the internal loop of:

“This shouldn’t be happening.”

It’s for moments when:

  • rumination won’t stop

  • grief, anger, or moral injury are present

  • acceptance feels like betrayal

Letting It Be True is a radical acceptance practice—not to surrender to harm, but to stop gaslighting your own body about what it’s living in.

How These Work Together

  • Listening In helps you notice early signals

  • Making Space helps when capacity is exceeded

  • Letting It Be True helps when resistance becomes exhausting

You don’t need all three every day.

You just need the right one for the moment you’re in.

What This Bundle Is (and Isn’t)

This is:

  • trauma-responsive

  • choice-based

  • non-performative

  • designed for repeat use

It is not:

  • a regulation program

  • a promise of calm

  • a replacement for therapy or medical care

Each audio is short, focused, and meant to be returned to again and again.

You’ll receive immediate, downloadable access to all three audios.

Use them separately, return to them as needed, or keep them as a small, reliable library for when your nervous system needs support—not fixing.
